APPOINTMENT BOOKING All services are by appointment only - book through our website or phone. You're in control of scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling. Late Arrival: 15-minute grace period, but arriving later counts as no-show with shortened sessions Early Arrival: Please wait in your car - it helps us maintain our pristine environment for you No-Show: $75 fee applies. Two no-shows mean we'll need to part ways with NO REFUNDS CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens, we get it! Cancel 48+ hours ahead to avoid a $75 fee. You get 3 chances - the fourth cancellation means losing services with NO REFUNDS. Weather issues? We've got your back - no fees! NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, changes, or exchanges on any services. We're committed to transparency because you deserve honesty. Choose wisely - we're here for consultations before you invest in yourself! PAYMENT & EXPIRATION Investment in your beauty requires full payment upfront. We accept cash, credit, and debit. Your services expire in 3 months (surgery reschedules excepted with 2+ weeks notice) - use them or lose them, no exceptions.
