Our Commitment to Quality Care

At our practice, your time, recovery, and results matter. To ensure smooth operations and the highest level of care for every client, we ask that you carefully review and respect the following policies.

All services are strictly by appointment.

 

Client Bookings

Clients are responsible for booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments through our official booking channels. Full payment is required to secure all bookings, and all sales are final.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be shortened or forfeited without refund. Repeated no-shows or excessive cancellations will result in termination of services. Please arrive on time and wait in your vehicle if you arrive early to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Excessive cancellations or reschedules may result in loss of services without refund. We value commitment and reserve availability for clients who respect scheduled time.

Service Packages

All service packages must be used within three months of purchase, unless a documented surgery date change requires adjustment. It is the client’s responsibility to track package timelines and schedule services accordingly. Packages are non-refundable but may be adjusted for verified surgical changes when communicated promptly.

Clients are responsible for selecting services appropriate for their recovery or treatment needs. Consultations are available and encouraged prior to booking. Results vary by individual, and while we strive for excellence, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

By booking services, clients consent to all treatments, acknowledge potential risks, and agree to follow all before- and after-care instructions. Failure to follow care protocols may affect results and recovery and is not the responsibility of the provider.

Confidentiality 

We maintain strict confidentiality of client records and personal information. Images or treatment details may be used for educational or marketing purposes without identifying information, unless explicit consent is given.

Respectful conduct is required at all times. Abusive, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Memberships

Memberships, if applicable, require full-term commitment and cannot be paused or canceled early. Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and expire after prolonged inactivity.

For weather-related closures or emergencies, safety comes first. Appointments affected by severe weather will be rescheduled without penalty.
